My suggestion(s): you gain some stats compleating some quests, like if you do a quest "kill 50 strong hollows" or something like that, when you finish it you will gain more stats, or some quests like "dont let the spirit die" (this is also an idea for a quest) you have to escort a spirit to some place, but you can't let a hollow eat it, but when you finish you will gain more HP or maybe the hollows you kill in the path will give you the dobble of stats, or "use 50 soul bourial" and when you finish will gain more reiatsu.
or maybe there are some NPC you can only find in a quest and this type of enemies are really strong (if the enemy is stronger you gain more stats)
but the real price is when you kill it, the player who give the death blow will gain more stats, a lot, but you can only gain that one time.
also i think it will be great if you add a gym or something like that, but no like the ones in BSOC rips, this will be like a big room with a bunch of NPC "training helpers", if you talk with them they will ask you if you want to train, if say yes a wall will appear, like when you train in the logs in BLN, but with more space, after that they will be fighting NPC, you will gain less stats than a real fight whit other NPC, but you can't kill them and when your HP reach 1 they will stop, this is a good way to train for weak people.
